A non-refundable 50% retainer fee secures your event date, with the remaining balance due 5-7
days before the event. If the event is less than 14 days away during initial contact, the full
amount is required at the time of booking. Your event is confirmed upon receiving a 50% retainer
fee, securing your date and time slot.
If an event is canceled with at least a 24-hour notice, a “raincheck” may be issued. This
“raincheck” and retainer fee are valid for the same event or equivalent event within a year, the
retainer fee is forfeited. The “raincheck”is subject to availability with Signature Marquee Designs.
Standard rentals cover one full day on-site. We strive to accommodate unique requests, such as
early delivery or next-day pickup at no extra cost. However, extended on-site durations may incur
additional charges.
Our custom “Light Letters” are crafted from premium sandlewood and birch trim, featuring a stable baseplate
suitable for flat surfaces, grass, and windy conditions. Each letter stands up to 48” tall with a width
ranging from 30” to 36”. The letters come with electrical cords and bulbs, requiring access to a standard
electrical outlet for lighting. Backup bulbs are included in case of any burnouts.
